You agree to use this website for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its security, content, or normal operation. You must not attempt to access customer data or place fraudulent orders.

By submitting an order, you confirm that the delivery details are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You are responsible for reviewing the order before checkout.

We describe each hooded bed, rope basket, and tree-shaped cave using the measurements and materials available for that item. Small differences in color, texture, or handwoven appearance may occur between products.

Photographs are provided to show the general shape and features of a bed, but screen settings can alter how colors appear. Please review the listed dimensions before ordering, especially for larger cats or shared beds.

All orders are subject to payment approval and product availability. If a bed becomes unavailable after checkout, we will contact you before changing the order.

When an item cannot be supplied, we may cancel that item and refund its price within 7 days. We will send the remaining order only if you approve the revised shipment.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change before you place an order. The amount shown on the hosted payment page is the amount that applies to the purchase.

Payment is completed on a hosted page operated by our payment provider, so card details do not pass through the Zenvuora website. We do not store full card numbers.

Standard delivery is available within the United States, with transit generally taking three to five business days after dispatch. Processing may take one business day, and tracking is emailed after the carrier scans the parcel.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may change because of weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control. Contact us if tracking stops updating or a parcel is marked delivered but missing.

Returns are governed by the Return Policy and must be requested within 30 days of the carrier-recorded delivery date. Items must be unused, complete, and returned in their original packaging.

After an approved return passes inspection, the refund is issued within 7 days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are refunded only when the return resulted from our error.

Follow the care instructions included with each bed and inspect seams, zippers, handles, and covers regularly. Remove loose threads or damaged parts before allowing a cat to use the item.

Supervise pets around new bedding and choose a bed size that allows them to enter, turn around, and rest comfortably. This product is pet bedding, not a child's toy or a safety device.

The text, product photographs, layout, and original graphics on this website belong to Zenvuora or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without written consent.

To the extent allowed by law, Zenvuora is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses related to website use, product selection, or delayed delivery. This limitation does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

Our total responsibility for a claim connected to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit a limitation.

We may update these terms when store practices, payment methods, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies to purchases made after the update date.
